WCVA asked Mela to complete an audit of its existing external communications provision and provide a series of recommendations for its improvement and ongoing development.
The audit took place across four weeks and incorporated a number of research methods including interviews with WCVA staff as well as external stakeholders, an online public survey and an analysis of current communications activity across all channels. The data gathered was compiled and analysed to produce a series of recommendations which were presented in a final report.
The audit report was presented to the WCVA board in October 2017. Mela is now working with WCVA to develop a new communications and engagement strategy off the back of its findings.- Back
